My go-to pot

I got my 1st Le Creuset Dutch Oven （4.2L 24cm for a housewarming gift, and still use it after 4 years. Now I got a new one （5.3L 26cm）. This is a fabulous kitchen staple to have. It can cook on anything any time. I love this pot because it heats evenly and slowly, a lid that fits perfectly and the red color is very cheerful in my white kitchen. Although this pot is expensive, it is worth a lifetime investment. If I had more space, I would get more..more…more
