The Le Metier de Beaute Precise Liquid Eyeliner is a great eyeliner. I can actually use this eyeliner and it not bother me. It gives a nice precise line. You can do a thin line or a thicker line. It does smudge if you touch when wet. Although it does dry quick. It does wipe off easily when you wash your face. I would definitely recommend and buy Le Metier de Beaute Precise Liquid Eyeliner.
