I received a free coupon to try this product, i choose the chicken one and it was very good. I usually don't buy any frozen products but i might buy this product again.

So I would like to say that I did not purchase this product I received a fpc (free product coupon) to try it out . I tried the garlic chicken with potatoes broccoli and zucchini the vegetables really were fresh still had a crunch too them and it tasted pretty good too . Great if you need a quick lunch on the go ! I think it really stands out from other frozen healthy frozen dinners because it actually tastes "fresh " I would for sure purchase if I seen them on sale regular price is 4.99 and I don't purchase a whole lot of frozen food but it was nice and I would for sure eat one again and refer it to anyone who eats a lot of frozen entrees :). First let me state that I was able sample this free, except for taxes:) This is a fast way to get a good lunch. This is not something I would call a meal, however, this is made with dieters in mind. It is enough to satisfy the average good dieter with enough food. It seems pretty fresh, as the veggies that are suppose to be crunchie, actually are! Not a lot of frozen fast foods can say they have fresh veggies in a frozen dinner. I have other frozen fast food and once you toss it in the microwave to heat it up and then it sits for more then a couple of minutes, it is soggy and not very appealing. I am not one to bash other products by their names, but I can tell you that some popular other brands I would never purchase again. This product I will purchase once the price is reduced a little to be in more people's budgets. Since I was heating this up for dinner, the family had to ask how I was enjoying my diet dinner, something they would expect me to just look at them about. Much to their surprise, I responded with, "actually it is not that bad and better then the average diet crap" as I call it. One that is on a diet, majority of diet "crap" is tasteless, usually soggy, more like cardboard and well, you know the message I am trying to get across. Just buy it and try it for yourself...

I was skeptical on these. I thought they would be bland and taste like typical diet food. I was really quite impressed by what I tasted. I tried the shrimp Alfredo and it was creamy and delicious. Will definitely try again!

The Mediterranean Chicken taste wasn't bad, although I found the sauce to be a bit salty. You are able to limit how much sauce you use which is a very nice touch.

I thought it ranked similar to other frozen meals I've had in the past, which usually lack seasonings/spices, but overall, the taste was pleasant. It was pricey to purchase but I would consider purchasing in the future if a sale come on for this product. I may recommend to friends who need quick lunches at work.

I was given this product free to test, and was very pleasantly surprised. The taste was great and the veggies were still a little crisp which to me is the true test! I tried the Roast Garlic Chicken variety,and the evening I tried this product I prepared 2 packages and made a side salad. This fed my 2 daughters and myself quite well. We all enjoyed this product. I enjoyed this meal far more than other frozen meals as I felt it was closest to my cooking, lots of fresh veggies, not greasy and a well rounded tasty dinner. I will purchase these again as it is great for those evenings when you are in a hurry but still do not want to eat fast food. I have already told others that it is well worth a try:)

I was given a free coupon so I could try this product, and I am sad to say I just did not like it. It tasted so artificial, and I would not buy it.

I was lucky enough to be selected to get a free package and I decided to try the chicken teriyaki. Everything seemed to cook up perfectly and the flavour was good tasting.
The portion was the right size for lunch but I feel you would have to add a salad to it for a supper meal.
I picked this package up for $4.99 at regular price at Shoppers Drug Mart.

I admit it, I was VERY skeptical about the Mediterranean Chicken I used my coupon to get as I was chosen as a product tester. But I was PLEASANTLY surprised! I thoroughly enjoyed it!! I REALLY liked that I could pour, or not pour, as I chose, the sauce over whatever I wanted. I ate the vegetables first, then mixed the chicken, sauce, and pasta together. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The Chicken did NOT taste pre frozen or pre cooked. The sauce wasn't over whelming. I would DEFINITELY buy this again!! And we are NOT a family that eats or purchases many frozen dinners!

I was chosen and got a coupon to try this product, I really liked the taste of the medetarien chicken, it had a good flavor but I found the portion was not very big, could of eaten two of them no problem. Would buy again with coupons or on sale.
