Expected More Decadence From Leclerc Brand

I got a large box of these granola bars, mixed with Malted Vanilla bars of the same brand, from Costco. Each bar is individually wrapped, making it great to grab on-the-go. Each bar is 150 calories.

The top of the bar looks like your typical rolled oat granola bar from Quaker with mini chocolate chips spread throughout. The bar is chewy. The bottom of the bar is coated in creamy milk chocolate, which tastes like a chocolate bar. The top of the bar- the oat portion- reminds me mildly of cookie dough batter. It's not the best bar I've ever eaten and I was expecting a more decadent bar given the Leclerc brand but it's pretty good and I'd eat it again.
