How do I achieve this glow?
I’ve really had to adapt to a new climate. My melasma has settled, but my dehydration and fine lines (due to no Botox) are some times a hard fact to face. Pun intended. So nightly I’ve been adding this to my routine and have seen a temendous difference.
I alternate 20 minutes of Red LED with 20 minutes of BLUE. All while listening to a meditation app or sometimes an audiobook.
Try this before bed to wake up with glowing skin and for a more peaceful sleep.
