My leg time cramps

I have tried everything for leg cramps during night but nothing helped. I was at Walgreens and seems a bottle of 51 tablets. Called leg cramps pm. You put two under your tongue 30 minutes before bed. Since I've started using these I've not been woken by terrible leg cramps. Will continue to; send these
