Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
1 bag (650g) McCain® Superfries Straight Cut
1 lemon zested
2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of olive oil
A few sprigs of finely chopped rosemary
Prepare McCain® Superfries Straight Cut according to package directions. Remove from oven 3 to 5 minutes before cooked.
Place cooked Superfries in a large bowl and toss with zest of lemon, salt and olive oil. Place Superfries back on the tray and cook for remaining cook time or until golden colour. Do not overcook!
Add additional lemon zest and a few sprigs of finely chopped rosemary and serve.

very tasty!! i recommend this recipe, very easy to make.
This recipe is so easy and adds so much flavour to the fries. I don't even use ketchup or anything when I make these because they don't even need it!

These were sooo good, and even easier to make! The citrus really brightens the flavour and wakes up your tastebuds. Rosemary isn't quite my jam though, so I like using thyme instead. But you could use any kind of herb and it would still be delicious. Keep it coming McCain!!
This is so good! My kids love it. Personally I love the lemon taste of the dish the most.
I made these and liked them next time I will use less Rosemary
