Almost perfect!

I ordered the two size set, so I could get a good fit without buying the two separately. The large was better for my high cervix because it was too large and firm to get stuck that high. However, it would leak at night and sometimes at random during the day.

Menstrual cups are like jeans

So I’ll say right off the bat that this cup didn’t work for me. But it’s a great cup! It’s just that every body is different. The cup itself opens easily, feels nice and smooth with thick silicone and comes with a good quality pouch and instructions. The cup didn’t work for me because my cervix is too high and I had trouble getting it out. I could also feel it when I was laying on my belly. I contacted customer service and they were super helpful with advice on how to get it to work. I definitely recommend getting a Lena as a first cup!

After tons of research I decided to take the leap into menstrual cups. I went with lena because they 1) offered me the best discount code and 2) has AMAZING customer service. While, they do have a slight learning curve - I will NEVER go back to pads and tampons. The quality is like a very high grade silicone and feels expensive. I don't have any problems once it is in the correct spot. I highly recommend this for a starter cup.

Looking for a healthier and more sustainable alternative to tampons, I started researching menstrual cups. The most popular seems to be The Diva Cup, but I opted to try the Lena cup instead.

The purpose is the same. The prices were relatively similar. The shapes are similar. What sold me on the Lena cup is that I didn't feel embarrassed saying the product name and the pink or purple options of the cup itself. (I had read some reviews for The Diva Cup that after time the cup had some discolouration from use. The idea of staining a clear cup with menstrual blood was more than enough to put me off!)
