Interesting texture of chewy ness and crunch with this cookie. Love the bold flavor of butter with a hint of cinnamon and sugar. Would highly recommend this cookie to anyone.

Flavourless cookie that has health benefits

I was really excited to see these cookies at my health food store, as I am trying to get more protein in my diet and less sugar. The nutritional facts are impressive:

16 g Protein
10 g Fiber
No high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners
Vegan

Unfortunately it was very bland taste-wise. The texture was perfect, similar to a starbucks cookie, but it wasn't sweet at all and had a strange fake taste that I often notice in protein bars.

I was bummed that this didn't end up being a replacement for regular cookies, but I would be open to trying other flavours in case they are better.
