Nope, Nope and Nope

I love all LG products. My phone is LG as well as my TV so I thought that I would get the same brand blu-ray player and what a let down. I purchase this right before Christmas. It worked for about a week then... nothing. It wont stream and skips all discs. I have tried to return it and I am not able. If Not sure if I will remain a loyal LG customer

I bought this product as I was getting tired of paying my cable company for extra boxes in my house. I use this one for an additional room. It works great. It comes with netflix on it, crave tv and other premium tv/movie apps pre-installed. It also gives the option for disc playing. It has the wi-fi built in which makes it great for being able to move it to any tv in any room. This saved alot of money overall.
