Nope, Nope and Nope

I love all LG products. My phone is LG as well as my TV so I thought that I would get the same brand blu-ray player and what a let down. I purchase this right before Christmas. It worked for about a week then... nothing. It wont stream and skips all discs. I have tried to return it and I am not able. If Not sure if I will remain a loyal LG customer
