OMG somebody stop me please.

These little treasures should be a sin. They're simply delicious. I can't get enough of them. I definitely notice myself putting on a few extra pounds since the beginning of my guilty pleasure. They're delicious, great texture and I don't see myself getting sick of these any time soon. They're a little on the pricey side but definitely well worth it.

Creamy yogourt with a crunch.

Nice creamy, thick greek yogourt with a side of salted cashews, praline pecans and salted almonds. You just tip the side container of nuts to add it to the yogourt and stir and eat. The combination of the yogourt which is lightly sweetened and somewhat tangy with the salted nuts was satisfying. I love the added crunch which took away from the monotony of regular yogourt plus this container contains 12 g of protein. This will definitely be a staple as my afternoon work snack.

Delicious Greek yogurt

I've recently switched from activia to liberte Greek yogurt as I find I Enjoy the flavours more. I loved the coconut chocolate crunch flavour. I would recommend this brand of yogurt. Not too sweet but just right.

Dessert Addiction

I am not a sweets person or even that much into desserts but I tried this yogurt and now I am hooked. It is a bit expensive for what you get so I do not buy it all the time but if I have a coupon or two or if it on sale I stock up.

I love the combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, smooth and tart. I wish it did come in a larger size.

Ok so I’m the girl who eats yogurt on a daily basis so it’s quite normal for me to get bored of the current variety and feel the need to find a new one. I saw these at sobeys for about $4.50 which I think is pricey for 2 containers of yogurt so I put it off until I noticed them on sale for $3.49. I loved the thought of the yogurt coming with the addition of a crunch from the nuts contained in a seperate section under the foil wrap.

The yogurt itself has a hint of tartness but also a slight sweetness, when the nuts are added its the perfect combo and it has quickly become my new favorite yogurt. This also comes in two other varieties that I’m very excited to try. I would highly recommend this yogurt and it’s the perfect snack in between meals at 200 calories.
