Liberte Greek Vanilla Bean Yogourt has a rich vanilla flavour and is quite filling. I usually have a couple of scoops in the morning with fruit and granola and was amazed that is kept my hunger at bay until lunch time. It is smooth and creamy and blends nicely. it is nice in smoothies also. this is a good quality yogourt I will continue to purchase.
