This review is for the 500 g tubs. I LOVE this yogourt, especially the coconut variety. A 3/4 cup serving gives you 6 g of protein, 4% of your daily fibre, and only 3% of your max sodium intake for the day. Who needs dessert when you can eat this instead? (Don't worry, there's some fat in there, too.)

AN amazing yogurt with a variety of flavors , a little most costly but deffinitly worth it.

This is great if you like creamy!!! However, I prefer their 2% versions which they seem to have stopped selling in many flavours. For example, I much preferred 2% coconut liberate taste and texture over mediterranean especially if you are watching your waistline!

I really have never liked yogurt. Now, I eat it 5 days a week for lunch. This Greek yogurt has got to be the best tasting yogurt out there. I like the lemon and my hubby likes the coconut. Ya, I know, it is is high in fat, but it also has probiotics. Unfortunately all the fruit is at the bottom, so you have to stir it up. It makes for a nice dessert for dipping fruit in, or just having a bowl of yogurt with additional fruit added. It comes in a variety of flavours. It's a smooth, rich and creamy yogurt. I have tried the 0 fat ones, but found them rather unappetizing. The cost is about $5.99 for 500 grams. It has 230 calories for 6 ozs. We stock up when it goes on sale.

I love this yogurt but have to eat it like a dessert since it is definitely not low in fat. The flavours are the best. Coconut, lemon, cherry - are all pie like!

I loved Greek yogurt until Liberte Mediterranee came along - so much better!!! It's not as firm as Greek yogurt and the flavour options Liberte has (Caramel, Black Cherry, White Chocolate, for example) are so divine!

I absolutely love this yogurt along with most products from Liberte! My favorite flavors are coconut and lemon but all flavors have great taste and texture. I love to eat the yogurt on its own or add it to smoothies. Whenever my local grocery store has them on sale I will stock up as the stuff tends to fly off the shelves!

I love this yogurt. It is better than ice cream. It has a lot of flavour and is very creamy. The price is very reasonable. Moka and white chocolate are my favourite flavours. When you see it in the grocery store, you have to shop quickly. It flies off the shelves. Love, love, love this yogurt.
