Fix your mood

I've been taking 5-HTP for about a year now. It not only saved me, it saved my relationship. I didn't know what was going on with me, all I knew was that I had turn into the biggest bitch on the street, I was unhappy for no reason, I cried for no reason and that was not me! I'm not a crier!! Nothing I tried seemed to change me back to myself. I finally found out that I was in the early stages of menopause and that was what was causing me to be a nut job. Finding that out made me cry some more, but it was also when I went looking around on this information HI-way and I found 5-HTP. 5-HTP is a mood stabilizer, it helps to build the your serotonin leaves that helps to promote healthy mood balance. The reason why I bought the Life brand was because it was the cheapest and I didn't want to spend a ton on something that may not work for me. I took one and I could feel a change in myself with in hours. IT seemed to take effect on me right away! All of a sudden I was smiling, laughing and actually talking to people with out wanting to tear their head off. I could sleep again and would wake up rested. I've tried other brands, but they just don't seem to help me as much as the Life brand does. I only take one a day, but it says to take more than that. I find one is more than enough for me, but everyone is different. You have to try it for yourself and feel how much you think is enough for you. Some women feel better taking more than me, but that's ok, what ever works best for you! If you're feeling like you hate the world and everything in it, give these a try.
