I don't like taking pills and I have a difficult time swallowing pill, so I get liquid medicine. I just needed something to help my back pain when I have my period and to reduce the heaviness. My Dr. said to take Advil, but pills are a no for me. This worked for me, my back pain went away, didn't notice a difference with the heaviness. Doesn't taste like grapes, taste was tolerable.
