This is great for constipation relief! None of this "Overnight relief" crap, it works in literally 15 seconds (though the package says 2-15 minutes)!

For those of you who don't know what an "enema" is, it is a bottle of salty water that you squeeze into the rectum, it loosens everything up inside, and makes you go! That's pretty much the most non-graphic way to describe it. :D

I recommend it to anyone and everyone! (Though I'm sure there are some people out there that wouldn't do it.. But there's nothing to be afraid about!)

**Hint: If you can't find it in the store, don't ask a kid. I asked two of them and they had no idea what I was talking about. Spare the embarrassment and ask an adult :P
