I always put these in the bath if I run one, they dissolve and you forget they’re there. They help relieve joint pain and I feel like they help my knee especially after hiking or doing something a little more than normal.

I also use as a skin exfoliation, just scoop some in hand and rub into wet skin as where needed. Not harsh and help skin feel great again.

Great Product

I had given birth 3 weeks ago and i used this by mixing it on a perinea bottle with warm water. Whenever I go to the bathroom I use this to clean below. It is effective in alleviating pain and soreness
