I honestly have until the last month never would have bought Epsom salts. I am having problems with my feet, shins and calves and decided anything that could possibly help me....I will try. I did find soaking my feet did help relax my tired achy feet, shins and calfs Helped soften said feet. Will keep using Epsom Salts regularly
These were a life saver for me when I worked in Retail and was on my feet constantly! My legs would cramp up so bad I wouldnt be able to go out or do pretty much anything after work. I tried getting special soles, I tried doing leg/ stretching exercises but nothing seemed to work! Then i found espom salts and my life was changed, just a scoop of these in my bath water and my legs were completely relaxed ! Would deffently recommend to anyone with body aches and pains.
I use epsom salts each night in a warm bath. I have started to go to the gym, and I get monthly deep tissue massages and cupping done. The epsom salt baths help to relieve tension, aches, pains, and sore muscles. They are also wonderful to use to detoxify your skin. They help with any toenail issues as well (fungus, in-grown nail, infection, etc)
This is a must for me. I always use epsom salts in my baths. Best for sore muscles, anyone who is active. It is also good for detoxing. I always feel great after using these. I love when it comes with scents such as eucalyptus or lavender.

I keep Epsom salts on hand all the time. My whole family uses them for baths. These have so many uses and I find I get a really good sleep after soaking in them.
I picked up a bag of these for both baths as well as grinding up to use for making bathbombs. Really great product! I found it was really lovely in a bath, relaxing. Also worked great for grinding up to put in a mixture to make bathbombs.
Love Epsom salts in my bath ,makes me relax and feels so good on the sore aches and pains I have I suffer from sciatic nerve damage and some times This helps ease the pain ,prices are pretty good on Epsom salts as well
I always find that epsom salts are such a relaxing relief to the mind body and soul. it soothes the muscles whether pain or just want to relax in the tub. I also add Young Living Essential oils to epsom salts and put at least 2 cups and 5-6 drops into the tub. I suggest trying this method for the ultimate de stressing regime.
Epsom Salts I use with every bath. I find it helps with my back and body issues.. I love a steaming hot bath and I pour probably more epsom salt into the water than I should but after a 30 plus minute soak I feel relaxed and can move a bit more freely
I also buy lavender oil and other oils from Sage or any essential oil seller and put a few drops into the bath water..
