A very soothing product for aches and pain.I have a electric foot massager that I bought when I was working at the Hospital. Those 12hr shifts were murder on the feet,so I went out and purchased a Foot Massager.A friend of mine told me about the Epsom Salts and that it was good for tired feet so,I put about half a cup full on the part of the massager where you are suppose to put your feet, and when turned on,it vibrates to a motion of back and forth movement to massage away those aches and pains. The salts worked wonders because, even the callouses on my feet were softened and cleared up.I don't know of anything else it is used for but.,I know it done wonders for my feet.I would recommend this very inexpensive product Epsom Salts.
I use Epson Salts in my bath water at night time to sooth and relax before bed. These Salts are a great remedy for soothing tense and achy muscles, sprains and strains. You can buy them in a carton or in a big bag for a good price. If you want to spend more you can purchase the scented salts in Eucalyptus and lavender.
Epsom salts have many uses, for body aches, gardens, and much more. I enjoy soaking in the tub to relax when I am tensed and my body is aching. I used it once in the garden after hearing good recommendations. That it helps plants for more succulent fruits and vegetables. It is very inexpensive for a big bag.
The best after a long work day, followed by a gym session. Soothes the achy, sore and tense muscles so I am able to function properly the next day. Best value!
love it! so good for the body after a long day, intense workout, injury, or just to relax. I love adding bubble bath for a truly relaxing and most wonderful bath. Releases toxins. Also, the salt helps keep your skin soft!
I love taking baths with epsom salt. It is truly relaxing and relieves tense muscles. cheap to purchase and you can find it at your local drug stores.
I love Epsom salts. In the bath they are so relaxing. I can add my own scents and oils. I like using it to make my own salt scrubs to use. I would recommend this. Was especially helpful when I had sore muscles and even used some in a salt bag to heat up and put on sore muscles.
Nothing quite compares to an Epsom Salt bath ... unless it's a lavender scented epsom salt bath. Pulls toxins form your body and helps to destress tired achy muscles.
Epsom salts were recommended to me by my RMT. I use them regularly for muscle aches and to help remove toxins from my body. I particularly like he lavender-scented variety.
Epsom salts are great way to relax after a long day in a bath. I've also had this at the spa they used it for an exfoliating treatment on my feet and hands. It left them feeling great and so soft.
