I like to use it when my muscles sore it helps .another thing is home made mosquito repellent with beer ,epsom salt and mouthwash. Works perfect just did it for camping last night and amazing no bugs

I buy these Life Brand Epsom salts all the time. They're often on sale for $5.99 a bag - very reasonable! You have to use about a cup at a time, so the bag goes very quickly. Epsom salts have been a life saver for me. After working out, they really ease my muscle pains and cramps. I pour a hot bath and soak for 15-30 minutes with some Epsom salts and by the next day I am usually feeling 100%. Epsom salts are also great for when you're feeling unwell and want to detoxify - Life Brand also makes some eucalyptus Epsom salts that work great for that! Epsom salts are a wonderful, natural product that everyone should have on hand. PS - be sure to google fertilizer recipes using Epsom salts for an easy, cost-effective way to give your plants a boost!

Lavender espom salts are my life saver! If it's needed for sore muscles or simple night time relaxation, this does the trick!

I recently started a workout plan and it has left my out of shape body feeling stiff and so sore. Part of the plan is also detoxifying and epsom salts were recommended so I was excited to try something that would help detoxify my body as well as help with the soreness. I took a bath and put some salt in the water and once they dissolved, i stayed in for over 15 minutes and when I got out I felt very tired but my body aches were not as severe as they were. The next day was great, I could actually walk without pain. I love this brand and you get a lot for the price. It is also handy to add essential oils for further benefits and there are so many uses for epsom salt outside of aches and pains. Love this!

While priced well, I don't find that epsom salts help me. I have a chronic pain condition and I've tried everything I can to help reduce pain. This one just isn't for me, so for me is a waste of money. Sigh.

A very soothing product for aches and pain.I have a electric foot massager that I bought when I was working at the Hospital.Those 12hr shifts were murder on the feet,so I went out and purchased a Foot Massager.A friend of mine told me about the Epsom Salts and that it was good for tired feet so,I put about half a cup full on the part of the massager where you are suppose to put your feet,and when turned on,it vibrates to a motion of back and forth movement to massage away those aches and pains.The salts worked wonders because,even the callouses on my feet were softened and cleared up.I don't know of anything else it is used for but.,I know it done wonders for my feet.I would recommend this very inexpensive product Epsom Salts.
