Epsom salts are a wonderful way to relax. I took daily baths after I gave birth and added epsom salts for a soothing and healing experience. I definitely recommend them whether for postpartum or just your regular bath.

Epsom Salt is the best! I do a lot of physical activity which as I get older doesn't agree so much with my muscles. After a hard day I pour some salt in the tub, a generous amount, and have a good soak. It mixes well with anything else you want to throw in there. The Epsom Salt not only leaves your skins really soft it truly does help for muscles!
This is a household staple that I couldn't live without. It works so well in the tub to relieve muscle stiffness. It is supposed to work to remove splinters as well, but I've never tried it for that purpose. I swear by it for muscle soreness though. Just put some in the tub with a few drops of your favourite essential oil for a very relaxing experience.
Epson salt is great to help relax and provide relief for any aches. It's also a great medicine. My dog who tends to hurt herself often for some reason has benefited quite a bit from Epson salt. Once she cut her paw. We would soak in Epson salt a few times a day and it help healed it.
