I pretty much always have a bottle in my home. I prefer liquid gels, but these are a bit stronger than ibuprofen, so I take them when I need extra help. I can't take them too often because they hurt my stomach after a while (even with food), but for occaisional relief, they are awesome

Life Brand provides medication with the exact same ingredients as the big pharmacy companies without the high cost. Naproxen is an nsaid that is really effective against pain or injuries especially with inflammation. Best taken with food to prevent upset stomach.

The only differences between these and the actual brand pills is the bottle and the price.
These ones are much cheaper but the drug content and ingredients are the same these are good to relax knees, backs, sore muscles etc. they do hurt the stomach if you don't eat with them though
