Memorable Jewelry

I lost my father to cancer 3 weeks ago, it was hard to say the least because he was so young, being only 60. Anyway, while we were at the funeral home planning the funeral we browsed their show room which was full of many items, but these necklaces caught my eye. We were given a booklet full of items we could get made to remember him by. I chose 2 necklaces and my sister chose one of the same necklaces, but also a teddy-bear for my niece. The main necklace I choose has the work 'dad' written on the front, his dates on the back and inside are some of his ashes. The necklace we bought that are identical are excellent quality and has my dads thumb print and on the back my dads hand writing that says 'love always dad'. My sister brought in an older birthday card and they were able to copy his hand writing, so we got our necklaces in-graved as well as one of the bear's paw, it says 'love always papa' along with this thumb print on the other paw.
Besides selling quality jewelry and accessories their customer service is superb because we brought our necklaces back in, the writing was so tiny you could hardly see it, plus they in graved the 'dad' part over the stamp in the charm. The funeral home called the company and we were apologized to, and told we would have replacements sent soon. Within 5 days we had new necklaces that were amazing, the writing is on a slant as to avoid the stamp, but the writing is also larger and now readable and again they apologized and refunded us portion of money for our inconvenience.
I highly recommend this company, they have many many items that you can personalize to remember your loved one.
