My son takes this when he’s having a difficult time falling asleep or when he wakes up in the middle of the night. It has helped him get the rest he needs. I take it to help fall asleep too. I’m a night owl so this helps me get to sleep or else I’d be up until 3am.

Life Brand Fast Dissolving Melatonin 5mg mint flavour work very well. I take it 20-30 minutes before I want to go to sleep. It definitely helps me sleep through the night. I highly recommend this product.
