Expensive but worth every penny!
I have the LifeProof Fre case for my iPhone 7. It was expensive to buy upfront (although, much cheaper than replacing a broken phone!) but so very worth it! After having my phone for just over a year, one of the buttons started wearing a bit, I put in a very simple warranty claim with the company and with no questions asked, they sent me a brand new case. I just had to pay the $6 for shipping. I was so impressed, I have recommended the LifeProof case to several people! I also love that my phone is fully covered up so when it comes out of the case (very rarely) it stil looks brand new!
the FRE is the way to go for waterproof
I have owned the FRE case since I bought my new iphone 8 plus and it is AMAZING! I have no fear when tossing it around my classroom, in the snow, or at the beach.
Waterproof: for about half an hour my phone sat in the lake because it was bluetoothed to the speaker and I didn't notice. When I picked it up there was no water inside and my phone still worked perfectly.
lifeproof warrantee After about 8 months I noticed some dust getting in so i took my phone out to do the water test (still good) and it still passed. My charging port cover was no longer snapping in as tightly so I went online for my replacement case and at a low replacement fee of $5 I got a new one within a week. Great customer service/satisfaction.
Great case that does the job.
I got my Lifeproof case several months ago and it has worked great. I find it comfortable in my hands and the rubber around the edge makes it easy to grip. The fact that there is no rubber on the back (like other brands of covers), is a plus as a it allows my phone to slide in and out of my pocket or purse with ease. I have dropped my phone numerous times, and the rubber on the edges helped to absorbed the shock, so my phone has not been harmed. Although there is no screen protector, the raised front edge helps to protect the screen from getting easily damaged. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone for a well-priced, effective phone case.
No more broken phone :)
I bought this case after smashing a phone to pieces. My new phone has been dropped, dunked in water, used in the pool, and fallen in the snow and gravel, and is still 100% A-OK. It's a little chunkier than my old case, but it's totally worth it for the protection and peace of mind. I never worry about dropping my phone!
This is bar none the best protective phone case you will ever own. Correction...the ONLY phone case you will ever own. Lighter and lower profile than an Otter Box, once you have that bad boy on your phone, you're protected from a litany of phone threats...from dirt to snow to water to any spilled drink you can possibly imagine.
Iphones are pretty awesome, but they become infinitely more awesome when they're practically bulletproof! I took my phone snorkeling with me...and I've got the epic underwater pics to prove it. I'm even more impressed that it's survived all the spilled drinks and accidental dropping that a klutz like me is prone to. If you are looking for a protective case, look no further. Best purchase ever.
I love this case so much I actually just recently went and bought a second one in another colour. My kids have spilled water on the table while my phone was sitting in it and it was fine. I have dropped it and not a scratch on it! Definitely worth the money.
The lifeproof case has literally saved my phone hundreds of times, I've had my iphone for 3 years and it's all because of the lifeproof. I've dropped my phone down stairs, off tables, in puddles, in the shower, in the snow and it's still working perfectly.
The life proof case for my iPhone has been fantastic. It is waterproof and I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone (HARD) and it's totally fine. The cases run about $80 but for an otter box (that isn't waterproof and a lot bulkier) will run you in the $50-60 ... so yes, it's expensive but not really in comparison. The downside to the case is there are limited colors and you will need to purchase an adapter ($15) if you want to use a docking station. Also, it will only use Apple brand chargers. These weren't issues for me and I am thrilled with the case.
