Vegan Sausage

First time trying their sausage! The texture inside is quite bouncy. Not much fibres in there. But this texture makes you wanna keep eating it. Although to me it’s A bit salty but I guess all sausages I’ve tried are like that. I think it’s a very good size to chew and to put in your hotdog. I didn’t combine it with any bread just want to taste it as is first. I dipped with mustard and you can always put some relish and ketchup! It will be even more tasty!
