I am on ketogenic diet and I crave chocolates a lot. Not the dark 70% cocoa ones. The real milk chocolate, carb loaded ones. So I need to find something to satisfy my cravings. Then I found these Lily's chocolate bar ones. With just about half a gram of carb in a square piece, these are heaven sent chocolates, guilt free. What's best is that you wouldn't taste that it's healthy for you (you kbow, the ones you buy and taste that yeah, this one is good for me just because of the taste) this one feels like you're cheating on your diet but you're actually not. Melts in your mouth almost like a regular milk chocolate, tasted caramel and sea salt well which balances the sweetness. A little pricey though but for a healthy substitute for chocolate. I would definitely stock up for more. I recommend this if you're watching your carbohydrate consumption and craving for chocolate.
