Ladies this is the # 1 pillowcase for our luxurious hair. Its silk and will not break our hair strands. I have 1 pillowcase just for this fact. Its great washes well and you got to try it its amazing just for the hair.
I do have he silk sheet they never stay on the bed way to slippery

This is my first experience with a silk pillowcase instead of cotton and I have to say, I don't know that I could go back. I can't comment on if it makes your hair neater, since I rock a pixie cut and always wake up looking like I slept in a hedge, but I can say I didn't find anywhere near as many broken hairs on the pillow.

It's hard to find a way to describe the sensation of sleeping on this pillow, because it's not even that it's super soft (though it is nice and soft), but that it almost feels like you're sleeping on nothing, with your head suspended weightlessly.

The only downside is that you must hand-wash it and treat it carefully when cleaning it, but in my opinion there are far more benefits than that one negative.

However, there is one reason above all others that I would recommend buying this pillow cover immediately and that's if you're a pet owner! My cat likes to sleep draped over my head. Every night I struggled with my nose tickling and itching and mouthfuls of hair from the cat fluff left behind on the pillow. As an owner of three cats, I can easily say that since having this pillow there is NO HAIR anywhere on it. For some reason it just doesn't stick to silk and the difference is massive, I'm so much more comfortable.

I definitely need to make the switch to silk bedding totally, having discovered it's magic pet-hair repelling qualities.

Overall, this is a really good quality pillow, it has neat and unflawed hem stitching and an envelope closure. It's very fine, comfortable and has all the benefits of other silk pillows. 100% Recommend.
