Real chocolate cocoa
We just tasted the 90% Lindt chocolate cocoa, it's really good but s bit bitter . As we know it's healthy for us and we try to buy another flavour . Yummy!!! Everything is good and we love it .
Mmmmmm I love dark chocolate, and this one is amazing! It's not at all bitter, and pairs well with wine, cheese, and other desserts. It also melts quite well to make the perfect fondue!! I'll keep buying this again and again!
I absolutely love the 70% dark, and decided to try if I could handle a little darker. Nope! This doesn't even taste like chocolate to me anymore... it's very "chalky" and doesn't melt, which is odd! Maybe I just can't handle it. :P
Any Lindt product should definitely be consumed on a regular basis. The 90% cocoa is great in the smallest amount and should be eaten very slowly so your taste-buds can pick up the hidden sweetness in it. I use this chocolate mostly for making fruit and nut bark, or in cakes and brownies. I eat mostly the 85% for snack time. The price is good for the great quality, but it gets expensive when you use large amounts to bake with.
This is a chocolate for someone who wants to make a point.
The reason I say this is because the taste is really intense. If you've ever baked with cocoa powder before (making a chocolate cake or brownie from scratch, for example), you know that there is such a thing as too much cocoa.
Don't get me wrong, I did like this chocolate. It's just not for the uninitiated. If you are iffy on dark chocolate to begin with, I'd suggest you steer clear. But if you're a serious dark chocoholic this is a good option for you.
One or two squares and your chocolate fix is done. Unlike milk chocolate where - let's be honest now - you probably want to eat the entire bar, this amount of cocoa gets it done in a fraction of the quantity AND you can feel justified due to the minor health benefits of dark chocolate.
Personally it's too strong for me. I love Lindt chocolate but will probably stick to their 70% bar or the Dark with Sea Salt (I think that one is around 50% cocoa).
