I received Lipidol Overnight Face Oil to try for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.

I think most people who like to use facial oils and overnight treatments will like this product however, it is not something I think that I would use on a regular basis. I liked the smell and how it felt on my skin at first but then I found it to be too oily and heavy on my skin. The day after I used it I still felt greasy even after I had washed my face completely.

I could see my using it as an occasional facial treatment when my skin is really really dry but I do not see myself using it on a regular basis. I think the product does what the package claims but it is not something that I feel I need or want in my beauty care routine.

This product is well priced and while I do not think I would purchase this product again I do have some friends who I think would like the overnight face oil and I would recommend it to them.

I am in love with this product! It was amazing how after just a few nights my skin was softer and plumped up from usage. I wish that the oil itself was a little heavier as I found it to be too runny.But if you use just a little dab and pat it on it changes the whole concept. Great to use and thoroughly impressed.

I really liked how soft this left my face. I really wasn't sure how effective it would be leaving oil on my face overnight, but what did I have to lose? If there is one thing I would change about this product, t would be the scent. It was anything but appealing, but the product itself worked great! I am so glad I didn't go with my gut and I gave it a try!

I was less impressed with this product over the other lipidol products I tried. It gave me no breakouts didn't ruin any pillowcases from sleeping on them overnight.. But I felt that it didnt really moisturize my skin very much. The oil gets soaked into your skin quickly but I found my skin would feel dry again 15 minutes after applying it.. compared to a lotion which would make my skin feel soft all night. That said I would feel that this product would be safe for all skin types for not causing any breakouts. Great product line though all in all.

I was a excited but nervous to try this - putting oils on your facial skin seems so counter-intuitive. But, not only have I not had any breakouts, but it also didn't leave marks or anything on my pillowcase as I had also worried.
It absorbed really quickly and my face felt super soft and smooth in the morning - definitely helped with holding in moisture.
The bottle seems really small, but since you only need a few drops a night it will last forever. I've hardly made a dent in mine in over a week.

I received this product from Chickadvisor as part as their product review club for free. Before I first tried this product, I was extremely sceptical. I was worried about leaving an "oil" on my face over night. But I put my big girl pjs on and went forward. First thing I noticed was the scent, at first it was a little off putting. Personally I find it almost unpleasant but I went forward anyways. You only need a few drops, as it is easily spread all over the face. I paid close attention to the dryer areas on my face, and rubbed in circles till my face didn't look so much like an oil well. But I found (probably need an obviously in here) was my face was still shiny when I went to bed. I didnt notice any transfer on my pillow or sheets the next morning so it was fine anyways. Carrying on with the next morning, I didn't notice softer skin, and writing this review after using the product for a couple weeks now, I've notice a nice positive change in my skin. I've noticed less noticeable blackheads, and the small dry skin spots I've had have also deceased a great deal. Overall I am presently surprised, and very happy to have been introduced to oils. Even with the scent, I will continue to use this product as a new routine.

I love this type of product in winter/fall season. It does moisturize the skin. I have nothing to say about this product! The scent is great (way more than the cleanser), the price is acceptable and the effectiveness is perfect. The only side down could be the packaging. I prefer a pump or a dropper because it’s easier to get the correct amount of product.

I recommend this product for sure! Not too greasy and moisturizing as we need. A great product for the price!

Im loving new facial oil trend. And my dry skin is loving it too. Especially in winter season, we skin needs that extra love.
Oil is very easy to apply, all you will need is just few drops, warm it up in your palms and apply to your face before bed time. It smells really nice and doesnt feel overly oily. Next morning your face will feel very smooth to a touch and will look healthy and ready to take on the day:)

I am a strictly gel and serum user at night on my skin - so I really wasn't to keen on trying an oil - because oils are oily right?!!! I was pleasantly surprised that the Lipidol Overnight Face Oil was actually fairly quickly absorbed. My skin felt moisturized but not extremely overly so. I think it was a tad heavy for my moisturizing needs - but I also think this is a fabulous product for dry winter skin. Also I had no issues with breakouts or clogged pores. I really like the fact that Lipidol uses minimal packaging too and it all can be re-used or re-cycled - it gets a thumbs up from me!

I wasn't too sure how i felt about leaving "oils" on my face at first haha. But i was really excited to try this. It did not leave any stains on my pillows or bed sheets. Oil was light and left and left my skin hydrated in the morning.
