I am a huge fan of this tea! The fact that it comes in K cups is even better because I love my Keurig! This tea is my go to tea for relaxation, it helps me unwind and just let stress go. It has a light flavour, and I usually add a little bit of honey, as I never use sugar in my tea. I use this tea for so many reasons. I have terrible sinus problems, and when it flares up, I have a good hot cuppa and it eases my congestion and helps me to get to sleep. I never have less than 3 or 4 boxes of Enlighten in my tea stash! I can't risk running out of it. I even take it with me when I travel. It is an essential in my pantry. I recommend this product to anyone who needs or wants a tea that will help them escape and go to their happy place!
