I got this tea for free as part of the family rated product review club! I tried this cold and hot and actually preferred it cold. The flavor of orange is quite strong and if you like fruity refreshing teas, then this is for you. Price is also great!
Amazing flavour!
I tried this tea as a cold tea, simply putting the bag in my water bottle. Not 10 minutes later I tried it and the flavour was astounding! Very nice orange taste and actually really strong. Tastes just as good if not better than Davids Tea's Orange Blossom...which i also have!
Definitely will buy this product!
I love tea alot and regularly drink it. After trying the Lipton Mandarin Orange Green Tea I will definitely be purchasing this and keeping some on hand in my home. The price point of this tea is great giving excellent value for your money. #LoveLiptonTea #gotitfree
Love Lipton Mandarin Orange Tea!
I was chosen to try LIPTON MANDARIN ORANGE GREEN TEA for free from Family Rated in exchange for my honest opinion and as a regular tea drinker, I was so excited! Green tea is a tea that I drink regularly and I prefer them with some sort of added flavour - mandarin orange was a flavour that I had not yet tried and I was so excited to be chosen to give it a try. Lipton is a brand that I not only trust, but it is a brand that I enjoy and love as well so I knew that this was going to taste delicious. I usually find that the best teas are the most aromatic teas, but this was not the case for Lipton Mandarin Orange. I could not really make out any smell until the tea actually started to steep in my mug... and then BAM! Mandarin goodness.
I love that the ingredients list is super short and contains only 3 ingredients, however I was a little disappointed in one of them. The good? Green tea and natural flavours (citrus/mandarin orange). The bad? Soy lecithin.. many teas are taking soy lecithin out of their teas but I guess Lipton has yet to do that. It is a common additive in teas which is sometimes used to help keep ingredients from separating. I shouldn't say that it is bad for you, because it's not. Unless you have a soy allergy, you will be okay. I just don't like the fact that there is an additive in the tea. That's all. Personal preference that would NOT stop me from purchasing this tea again though! The best part? The green tea comes from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms which means that you're also saving the rainforest and helping our Earth when you choose a glass of Lipton!
The tea was extremely easy to make and the string for the tea bag was nice and long so I did not have to worry about it falling into my hot cup of water. It only takes 2 minutes to steep a delicious brew and the smell that whole time is so delicious. The flavour is incredible and it goes down so smooth. No sugar, cream or milk needed. You can really taste the mandarin and citrus notes and me and my boyfriend were both extremely impressed as to how much we enjoyed it. We have added it into our regular tea lineup. The box also has detailed directions on how you can make this an Iced tea and we couldn't wait until the summer to try it, so we gave it a go this weekend. So, so , so good. Seriously. 4 bags, 2 cups of water, 2 mins and ice... that is all. It was so yummy. My niece came over and added a little sugar to hers (tsp) and we were all blown away at how easy and delicious it was. I really liked the hot version, but I LOVE the cold version.
I found this in my local Walmart for $3.99 - seriously a steal of a deal. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a delicious spin on green tea. Two thumbs up for Lipton for once again providing me with a delicious and unique cup of tea. I will be purchasing this again!
Great Tasting Green Tea
I had the opportunity to try the Lipton Mandarin Orange Green Tea. After brewing the tea it gave off a nice mild and fruity smell. That is also how I would describe the taste. I enjoyed the Mandarin orange with a bit of honey and that elevated the taste to become my new favorite orange tea. I'd highly recommend adding a little bit of your favorite sweetener and relaxing with this Lipton tea.
Orange heaven !!
I love this tea and I can’t get over how this tea taste kinda like Fanta orange juice . I made it for my family cold with ice and they loved it . The tea is not bitter and you can’t taste the citrus in the tea. It smells amazing and it’s healthy. I would recommend everyone to give this a try . Specially if you are orange juice pop fan !!! I got this free to try and give my honest opinion.
Interesting taste
I received Lipton Mandarin Orange Green Tea for free from the Family Rated review club. My family and I have been drinking Lipton tea forever. We love to drink tea especially right now during the winter cold months.
When I first saw the flavor I was not sure if I would like it because I tend to go towards tea that are not fruity. After trying it, it is not so bad! The taste is quite fragrant. It has a strong green tea flavor with a hint of orange mandarin taste.
I am not too sure if I will repurchase this same flavor but I still recommend it to those who like the taste of mandarin with green tea. I also noticed that the tea can be made cold. Maybe I will like it even more drinking it cold during the summer time when I like to drink more fruity drinks. #gift
My family loves it!
I #gotitfree for testing. We quickly went through the whole box! My family loves green tea. My daughter enjoyed the tea iced with a bit of honey. I found it nice warm also preferred to sweeten with honey. I feel a bit more water added to the iced directions would make it better. We would
Purchase. At $3.99 I think the price is fair as well.
Subtle flavour
I enjoy green tea, and was excited to try this as I'm also a big fan of citrus. Though the orange flavour was subtle I still enjoyed this tea and found it refreshing.

I was super excited to be given the opportunity to try this tea for free! I was mailed a full size box, which is awesome, alongside a full sized box of the Mint Green tea. I was a little disappointed in the flavour of this tea, as it was bland and I found it to taste mostly just like normal green tea. Lipton is still one of my favourite tea brands (especially price wise!) so I hope they come out with a more flavourful version :)
