This Eyeliner is PERFECTION! Lise Watier's website describes it as an Ultra black and it is! I love how easily is it applied... the applicator tip is thin making it super precise which I really love about this eyeliner. It is long lasting too. Absolutely a fan of this, it is $19.00 on LiseWatier.com which may be a little high for people not used to spending a lot of money on makeup - but trust me - it's a worth while investment. I don't use any other liners since discovering this little gem!

This is the best eyeliner I've tried yet: I particularly like its subtle finish, it doesn't look harsh and it lasts for hours. It's way better than the gels I've tried, Bobbi Brown, MAC among them, and it's way easier to put on. A fantastic product.

I received this liner from the brand to test. Once again, my love of Lise Watier products was upheld by this great product. It's a felt-tip waterproof liner that allows amazingly precise application. The tip is flexible enough to be incredibly gentle on the eye yet firm enough to allow excellent control. It is seriously my favourite eye liner right now.

Sure, it's a bit pricey but this stuff is worth it. It can smudge some when my lid gets oily and I absentmindedly rub my eyes, but water ain't got nothing on this product. You'll need makeup remover to get it off all the way. Perfect for strong eye makeup looks!

I wear glasses and contacts which causes my eyes to water alot and most eyeliners end up as black smudges under my eyes making me look like a raccoon by the end of the day. I was shown this eyeliner and have found it is absolutely a godsend!!!! It is like using a marker instead of a crayon to draw a solid line!! It stays on fantastic and is waterproof!!!! Makes my eyes look amazing and lasts all day and night!!!!!! Was definitely worth the $20 i paid for it.

We received this eyeliner at ChickAdvisor and I was dying to try it as I'm always on the hunt for a good eyeliner. I prefer to use a pencil on my bottom lid, but for my top lid I've been searching for something I really love and now I've found it. This eyeliner is almost like a felt tip marker, and the tip is incredibly fine so you can easily create a subtle line on your top lid. If you prefer to be a bit more dramatic and thicken that line, that's also no problem. It's very easy to use and you don't need a super steady hand. I've been able to apply mine in a rush with no problem. It is pricey for an eyeliner, but the quality is definitely there. After trying other cream eyeliners and liquids, I don't think I can ever return to them.

If you've ever wanted to recreate the classic 50s black eyeliner with bold lips ala Mad Men look, this needs to be in your makeup bag. It's a waterproof liquid liner with a felt tip that applies much like CoverGirl's LineExact, but I find this one has more pigment to it.

It's bold, easy to apply and it doesn't transfer or smudge. You should give it a few seconds after putting it on before you blink though. It's a bit pricey at $17, but the payoff is the quality. I received mine from the brand but I'd definitely buy this again.
