I purchased this lip liner because I heard a lot of good reviews about lise watier products. I was very happy with this lip liner. It applied well and the colour was nice on mu lips. It is a little more expensive but worth the money for good quality makeup. It went on smooth and didn't pull on my lips.

I use this pencil outline (Natural #459) for over 30 years and I do not get tired. It is not toodry and realy eady to aply.
