This product is perfect for any time of year but is really wonderful in the winter. The lip balm has little sugar crystals that disappear taking all the dry dead skin cells away. It totally exfoliates your lips and leaves them feeling super hydrated and wonderfully soft. It is perfect to smooth on your lip before you apply your lipstick to soften them and get ride of the dry skin. you can wear it alone It doesn't really provide any colour a minimum amount shine but it makes your lips kissable soft. And it tastes good. It's a bit pricey about $22.00 but a nice indulgence .
