I stumbled across this having used tinted moisturizer for years. I hated the feeling of a full foundation but hated my newly minted middle aged face even more. It was starting to show every hour that I didn't sleep or a rogue teenage pimple. I fell in love with this serum and never want to look back. You can layer it up to a fuller coverage but I usually just sponge or foundation brush a light coverage on. Its great for summer or winter, and with or without powder to set it. It seems to last on me all day, better if I set it, but I have combo skin so you might want setting power if you're oiler. It gives me a nice clean dewy fresh look without and sparkles or teenage gleam and even if I'm in a rush, I rarely worry about an accidental streak from not double checking that I've blended extra carefully. Long lasting and good for us middle aged ladies. (I used the #3 Neutre and I'm blond and fair skinned/cool so it's one shade darker than my normal skin)
