Directions: Rinse full strength 20ml for 30 seconds twice daily. Do not swallow.

Review:
It has a refreshing aftertaste! My mouth felt fresh and my breath did too! I normally only used mouthwash once a day, so after reading the bottle, I didn't realize it was recommended twice daily.

The Canadian Dental Association validated that adding this mouthwash to a regular oral hygiene routine, reduces and prevents Gingivitis more than brushing and flossing alone!

I will definitely be continuing to use mouthwash! 🦷

The cool mint flavour was great, it left me with fresh breath and was not too overpowering!

This does have alcohol in it so something to be mindful of as there are other options that are great that are alcohol free

I truly love this mouth wash, It’s definitely a part of our daily mouth care routine and a staple in our tooth care. The only downside I’ve ever had, is I wish there was flavours! Sometimes the mint it just over powering to me, but I don’t love the taste of mint. However the freshness I feel after using is well worth it.
My mouth feels just a bit cleaner and a whole lot fresher when I use it and that’s exactly what I am looking for in a mouth wash. I also feel like no matter the size you get, it’s always such a great amount for the price.

breath and I really like this size too which is super convenient to put in your travel bag or gym bag. I also really like this flavour which is very minty and slightly sweet. listerine is of the brand that you can always found in our household.

Minty fresh

I’ve been on the fence about mouthwash, another step in my routine at night, not knowing if it would even make a difference. But it has! I mean even just waking up without morning breath has been a plus. I genuinely feel like I’m doing my mouth a favour, sometimes brushing is just not enough, I’d for sure recommend, there’s a variety to choose from, even alcohol free.

Very fresh and effective!

Listerine is always the brand our family turns out to! It’s a renowned and trusted brand. This Cool Mint Mouthwash sure was refreshing and had a great mint taste. It does refresh my breath instantly. It’s quick to use and it’s a little extra for an excellent oral health. I want to prevent gum disease and plaque, so I will continue to use it!
