I have been using this daily and have found its effectiveness in maintaining my oral hygiene impressive. Most importantly, my gum is less sensitive now. The mild mint flavor is just perfect, as I generally do not like strong minty taste for mouthwash.

I tried Listerine Total Care Zero Alcohol Free Mouthwash free in exchange for my honest opinion.

I use a mouthwash every night before bed and was eager to try another type of mouth wash to compare with the one that I usually use. Listerine Total Care Zero Alcohol Free did not disappoint. Honestly it wasn't much different to other mouthwash that I have used before and that is ok. I personally have 3 requirements for a mouthwash which are:

Listerine Total Care Zero Alcohol Free was put through the same test and it passed with flying colours. It left my mouth feeling clean and refreshed. That freshness lasted a long time and the taste was good. A bonus for me was that because it is alcohol free I felt like the taste was less intense and didn't burn as much. This was a big plus for me as I find some mouthwash is a tad too strong for me.
