Listerine Total Care is a great mild mouthwash

I tried the Listerine Total Care Zero Alcohol Free mouthwash for a week and was happy to notice how it worked to help my mouth feel fresh and clean without the dry mouth feeling. I used it twice a day once in the morning and once in the night after brushing my teeth and flossing. This helps for it to go through the teeth and provide a thorough wash . I followed the instructions at the back which was 20 ml for 30 seconds twice a day. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a gentle mild wash for their current oral hygiene as the benefits are many, such as Reducing plaque, gingivitis, and bad breath, Gentle on teeth and gums, with no burning and stinging sensation, Alcohol-free formula, Helps prevent cavities and strengthen tooth enamel which is fantastic.

Purple Zing--Without the Sting!

My usual beefs with mouthwash are that the alcohol is so strong it burns my mouth, and bright green colour that stains my partials. Listerine Total Care Zero solves both issues! It has a mild, minty flavour that's still strong enough to freshen my breath, and because it doesn't have alcohol, I can keep it in my mouth longer to really let it do its job, leaving no trace of lilac on my teeth or tongue afterward. Having Sjogren Disease means I have to take extra care of my mouth and this product certainly does the trick!

Mild & Refreshing

I love that it's alcohol-free and doesn't feel uncomfortable or burn when gargling in comparison to my regular alcohol mouthwash. I tend to have to dilute it with water to combat the burning sensation so it's been nice trying something new and somewhat gentler.

The "LISTERINE TOTAL CARE ZERO" leaves my mouth/breath feeling clean and fresh with a mild minty flavour that isn't intense and quite nice. It's packed with 8 essential benefits: kills bad breath germs, prevents and reduces plaque, prevents cavities, protects from bad breath bacteria for up to 12 hours, prevents and reduces gingivitis, strengthens tooth enamel, fights tartar and helps keep teeth white.

Overall I've been experiencing a little sloughing after using for about a week now; possibly because i'm sensitive to a certain ingredient not sure. Nonetheless it's a great all-in-one total care mouthwash that would work wonders for others but personally it might not be the right fit for me.

Listerine is always my to go to for mouthwash! Love how this Listening Total Care was made to have a less intense taste that still provided all the benefits for a while mouth wash clean! Those who prefer less intense tastes and less fierce minty mouthwash this type of Listerine be the product that does its work!

This Listerine is alcohol free. It has a mild mint flavour. I used it in the morning after brushing my teeth and in the evening. After gargling with the mouthwash it was a nice lasting freshness that stayed in your mouth. So you felt like you got a nice clean sensation. #butterly

I got to try and review Listerine Total Care Zero and I have a mixed opinion about it.

This line is the same as the Listerine total care, but it has no alcohol in it, which is great. I tend to have a dry mouth that leaves behind an excess of plaque and tartar, even with regular and rigorous oral care. Alcoholic mouthwash dries out my mouth so bad that I can no longer use it This non-alcoholic version is much better than the one I've had before! However, after using it, my mouth feels a little drier than usual, that’s is why I have mixed opinions about this mouthwash.
It has a refreshing minty taste that is quite subtle and pleasant compared to the strong taste of some other mouthwashes (the original one for example). My breath was fresher after use, and my teeth felt cleaner.

C’est la première fois que j’utilisais un rince bouche sans alcool. Je suis contente de l’avoir fait, par contre je trouve que la sensation de fraîcheur extrêmement que l’alcool apporte est importante pour moi. Le principe est super pour ceux qui aiment moins le côté astringent de l’alcool.

Minty fresh without the burn

I enjoy using mouthwash at night to keep my mouth fresh while I’m sleeping, and I like that this provides the same benefits without the harsh burn. It makes my mouth smell nice and I feel better knowing the bacteria has been killed off to decrease tooth decay over night.
