I love this all in 1 Total Care Listerine mouthwash, I find this works to the extreme for Listerine. Keeps bad breath away, my teeth feel smooth well taken care of with a decrease in plaque buildup, Sooths any tooth pains.

Refill it

I use to be careless about oral hygiene and it took me a while to get use to. It sounds like only brushing is important, however mouth wash is equally important. I used it twice a day and have had no complaints ever since. It obviously helps keep bad breath away. It has also helped brighten my teeth and a feel good factor. I am not a dentist but I feel it helps keep cavities away. I keep it a travel bottle handy and use it to cleanup after having cake or desserts when I am out.
