For me, mouthwash is mouthwash is mouthwash - normally. It was interesting to see that there was no sting after swishing with the ZERO mouthwash. Personally I prefer that little sting in my mouth after brushing my teeth, simply because I grew up washing with mouthwash that did contain alcohol. The lack of sting just didn't make the experience as refreshing as usual. I would recommend it for any children who have a hard time with the alcohol based mouthwashes or any adults with over-sensitive mouths.

I was very excited to use this mouthwash because it does not have alcohol. However, after using this product my tongue felt numb and almost like a layer of skin and been taken off. this feeling lasted for almost 30 minutes then subsided. as far as i know i am not allergic to any of the products used in this mouthwash so there was nothing that could have caused a reaction. i would rather the alcohol based mouthwash because even though it is strong when you use it the only after effects are feeling fresh and clean
