I'm currently on Weight Watchers and looking to find a healthy, low point alternative to traditional side bacon. These are it! They contain 85% less fate than regular pork bacon. They have nice smokey bacony flavour. The only downside is I find they don't crisp up like regular bacon. Mine never looked the way they do on the package.
