Love the scent
I like the idea of a glass jar for body lotion but the wide flattened shape is not very aesthetically appealing. The lotion itself is a lot thinner than I was expecting and it doesn't seem to absorb very well. I do like the scent, it is noticeable but not overly strong, with a light almond-like fragrance. It leaves skin feeling lightly hydrated and not greasy. Overall I was expecting something that felt a bit more luxurious and was a bit disappointed.

Not hydrating enough
I’ve been trying this for the past week. It has a rich texture that absorbs quickly into the skin. It smells divine with a sweet almond scent and doesn’t feel overwhelming. If you use this together with the shower cream, deliciousness. This provides a good base for layering your perfumes. I love the scent so much I want it bottled up as a perfume.
My only concern is the moisture. I have very dry skin and i need to apply a lot for my skin to be moisturised. If you have dry skin like me, it won’t work during winter. I’ll say It’s a great cream for humid weather.

A bit old fashioned
I feel like if you told me this was a handmade, local ingredient, old fashioned cream, I would be more impressed. Instead, I find it to be a bit outdated fragrance-wise, and not as hydrating as it claims. For example, using in on your hands after washing does not make your hands feel hydrated. It is undetectable on your skin the next day, no scent and no noticeable hydration improvement.

Way to expensive!
I am not sure why this product is so well-loved. Aside from it smelling great, I find this similar to drugstore body lotion I have used in the past. I paid $60 for a tube of body cream that lasted me merely two months (I usually apply in the AM and PM after my shower). It doesn't have a pump which makes it inconvenient to use. It's a good product, comes in nice packaging but I can't seem to justify spending $60 on body lotions vs $10.
I received a sample of this cream with one of my orders from Sephora.
Because I am incredibly sensitive, I have to test any new skincare product before applying it to a large area. So I took the tiniest amount out of the packet and rubbed it on the back of my hand. Immediately, I knew I would be unable to use this cream because of its unbearably heavy fragrance. This is another unfortunate circumstance where a company felt the need to add perfume to their product. Any smell of almonds and/or milk was covered up entirely. I wish they had left its natural scent alone, because almonds and milk probably would have smelled beautiful together.
This saddened me because the actual texture of the cream was very enjoyable. As I said, I took the TINIEST bit, and that little bit spread far and wide. It was very rich and silky-smooth. I imagine this cream would have felt very nice. If you can tolerate perfumes, I envy you, because you'll probably really like this cream.
This, sadly, wasn't for me. If they ever come out with a fragrance-free version, I would love to give that a shot.
