A gourmand’s dream !

I'm normally more of a bath girlie but this has made me convert to showers! The cream softens my skin like no other shower cream has. The scent is a delicate almond vanilla that stays on the skin for many hours! Love !

Smells great but little lather

I LOVE the scent of L’Occitane sweet almond body oil so I was really excited to try the shower cleanser. I would not say I was disappointed but I was not in love either.

I always double cleanse in the shower (by starting with bar soap on my whole body followed by whatever nice smelling body wash I have). If I did not double cleanse I don’t think I would be happy with this product. It does not lather a ton, which I know does not necessarily equate with how clean you are getting but it feels like it does.

Anyway your skin feels lovely and soft after and the scent definitely sticks around a bit. I followed with my usual after shower body care routine (oil on damp skin followed by lotion) and my skin definitely felt hydrated and soft.

Overall it is a good product, but for the price certainly not a need to have one. If you love the scent as I do, I would opt for the body oil over this.

Instantly nourished my dry skin!

The minute I opened my package, I immediately dropped everything and took a shower! I just couldn’t resist the smell of the sweet almond scent. It gives a comforting and calming feeling. This delicious almond whipped body cleanser is so nourishing it instantly made my skin moisturized and feel silky smooth after use. To be honest I already use and loooove loccitane and I’m so happy they’ve added this to their almond collection and gifted me one to review it😊

Nourishing almond goodness!

This cleansing shower cream by L’Occitane is so decadent and delightful!
On my return from a seaside vacation, my parched and chapped skin needed lots of nourishment. This formula goes on so creamy, and cleanses with a gentle, almond scent. The scent lingers afterwards, and my skin felt moisturized, supple, and fresh!
Love this product, and looking forward to the luxuriousness of using it in my daily shower.

Silky smooth and extremely moisturizing

This shower cream is super luxurious and creamy. I used it during my night shower and it was really a really nice experience that really embodied selfcare. I love how it applies smoothly and creamy, when the water touches it, it becomes very slippery and milky. It feels as if you’re cleaning yourself without stripping all of your protective skin oils.
I took a star off because the almond scent smelt a little too artificial for my liking. It does leave your skin smelling like it for some time. On a better note, the shower cream leaves your skin super moisturized!
If you’re into strong scented items, this should definitely be on your selfcare item list!

Lightweight hydration

I received this product to try for free in return for my honest review but I already use and LOVE l'Occitane's entire almond line
This whipped body cleanser offers the same delicious smell we love from the rest of the line but a lighter moisturization. My skin is definitely more hydrated and more soft after using this but I much prefer their oil cleanser (especially for the price). My skin is very dehydrated so I find it needs something heavier. However, this is a great summertime cleanser on days your skin is not super dry.
