Sparked a New Self-Care Ritual

L'Occitane's Artichoke Body Cream was an instant favourite. From its vibrant but natural scent to its luxe texture that is smooth but not even a hint greasy (that keeps even my dryest elbows feeling hydrated for a full 8 hours) to the fact that it is produced without mineral oils and animal products, there is not a single thing I do not love about this product.
Although the scent is nice and natural, it does have a fragrance, and I would not recommend it to anyone who is sensitive or trying to avoid fragranced products.

Admittedly I was gifted the product, but I have been making my way through firming moisturizers in an attempt to find one that works for me, only to be disappointed in one area or another by most I have tried to date, so I am glad to have found one that is everything I have been looking for.

I especially enjoyed the recommended lymphatic massage technique and the easy-to-understand infographic guideline on the box's tabs (such a cute idea!). I have been taking a self-care minute to properly apply this, which has a lot of added wellness benefits, too. I look forward to seeing skin firming over time because this has definitely earned its permanent place on the shelf.

I’m SO happy I received this to try right when summer months start! The smell is great, easily absorbed and makes my skin feels so nice and soft! I’ve been trying it for a week and can feel the difference already!

Not for me

I was excited to try this product. However after the first use I found it was not for me. I'm not typically bothered by fragrance in products but this lotion is quite fragrant, and perfume like. Definitely a bit much for a body lotion. I thought the scent might fade throughout the day, but remained quite strong. So maybe something other people would look for in a product, but not for me. Otherwise it did go on quite smoothly and wasn't sticky.

Luxury Spa at home

Got my hands on this magical massage cream. I wasn’t sure in the beginning but after a few weeks uses i did notice visible smoother texture around my thighs skin. Definitely more toned and firmer. Hydration levels are insane. Totally in love with this cream!

My skin absolutely LOVES this product. It’s got a very pleasant fresh scent that pairs well with the warmer weather beginning. I apply as directed and this thick moisturizing cream soaks into my skin beautifully and I have noticed how nice the skin on my body has looked since started this routine. Just got my hands on the new Artichoke Body Cream, and it's a total dream! 🌿 I've been using it every night with my Gua Sha, and it's become such a relaxing part of my routine. This cream is infused with artichoke leaf extract and feels so refreshing on my skin. By massaging it in, I've noticed my skin looking more defined and firmer. Minimizes the look of cellulite!

This body cream is opulent, with a delicate floral artichoke scent. The artichoke extract is obtained responsibly from the south of France and includes flavonoids and inulin, which contribute antioxidants, moisturize the skin, and enhance its general appearance and texture. This cream improves skin firmness, minimizes the look of cellulite, and increases skin microcirculation. Although this cream feels heavy at first, it dries down quickly and becomes surprisingly light after massaging. I like that the packaging has a diagram that illustrates which parts of the body to concentrate on and how to properly massage the cream into the skin to achieve the best results. This makes it extremely user-friendly for beginners. The glass jar is beautiful. I would 100% recommend this.

Amazing skin toning cream

love how lightweight and how it lasts smooth on skin. It is non-greasy with a soothing, earthy artichoke scent.

It is advertised to improve tone, texture and firmer-looking skin. I have been using this body cream for couple of days now and I can attest to the noticeable difference on my skin’s texture.

Though it’s kind of pricey but is definitely a worthy luxurious and effective body cream.
