Not for me

I was excited to try this product. However after the first use I found it was not for me. I'm not typically bothered by fragrance in products but this lotion is quite fragrant, and perfume like. Definitely a bit much for a body lotion. I thought the scent might fade throughout the day, but remained quite strong. So maybe something other people would look for in a product, but not for me. Otherwise it did go on quite smoothly and wasn't sticky.

Couldn’t get past the scent

I had the opportunity to test the new L’Occitane Redefining and Cellulite-Reducing Artichoke Body Cream. I’ll be blunt, I really wanted to love this, but I couldn’t get past the scent. It was overpowering and made me a bit nauseous everytime I got a whiff of it. That being said, the formula is ultra luxurious and smooth, just like the rest of the L’Occitane line. As I couldn’t get past the scent, I wasn’t able to verify that it would do as it touted but this new innovative body cream is meant to tone, redefine, and improve the skin’s texture and meant to be used as a relaxing massage cream. Infused with artichoke leaf extract, the formula is intended to improve the appearance of cellulite.
