Big and Heavy

I got this on clearance luckily, because I would not have paid the original $200. My daughter loves it! It comes with a lot of furniture pieces. It's heavy since it's made of wood. That being said you have to be careful playing with the pools filled with water so that the wood doesn't end up getting damaged.

The house itself is pretty sturdy. My husband and I used one of the many YouTube videos while assembling it which made it go a lot quicker. The pieces are clearly labelled with stickers and there is one type of screw so all you need is a philips driver. The accompanying furniture is good quality with cute details. Be careful if using real water in the pool or hot tub as the decal paper will peel off of the board. The dolls are expensive and I find them and the other pieces all over the house so it’s worth the $260 if they stay in the house

This comes in so many and it doesnt go together super easy. It isn't very sturdy.. there was only one doll, one animal and one lily sister with this..
