Terrible customer service

These are a neat idea but cross your fingers you don’t end up with a defective doll. Called customer service to let them know the doll had a deformed arm. Said they could only replace the doll if I took permanent marker and scribbled out the dolls face to prove I wouldn’t resell it. Took over 8 weeks for the replacement to come.

The best gift for all girls

My daughter got a LOL surprise doll and I didn’t know what it would turn into. She loves that she feels like a YouTube star every time she opens one. She loves playing with all her dolls and loves showing them off. She will try to convince everyone that comes over to play with her and her LOL dolls.

Our daughters favorite toys!

Our daughter absolutely LOVES her LOL Surprise Dolls, and they are her favorite toys of all. She literally knows all of their names, their lil sisters, and all their pets!! Not only that, but she's super lucky and gets rares and ultra rares! She gets so excited when a new series comes out, and if she gets duplicates, she calls them twinsies. Every year these are on her Birthday and Christmas lists since they've been available! The dolls provide endless playability as far as imagination can take them for hours days months and years to come.

My daughter absolutely loves these things! She begs me for a new one everytime we go to the store! Definitely will be something shes into for while considering they all do different things!

Its not worth

I always wondered what its in it as its booming the market but man for the price you pay, you hardly see anything in it. Its accessories hardly fit to it. I feel like its not a worthy toy.

Cute toys

They are great little toys, cute, and fun. Major choking hazards for smaller kids. Now they even have pets! My girls love them and ask for one everytime they spot them.

Lol Surprise Dolls are so fun. My daughter likes them a lot because she gets to be surprised what doll comes insides. She enjoys the little bottles and to find out what the doll can do with hot or cold water. This provides hours of fun for her
