Good reviewers obviously never used their customer service

Not only overpriced tat but terrible customer service. My daughter saved to buy this and it was missing a part. Their policy is that you return the entire item (but not the ball because the won’t send back as a full packaged item) and if it goes missing in the post then it’s tough. You need to insure the item at your cost. The process also involves numerous emails and photos. Why they can’t send out a 2cm piece of plastic to replace what was missing is unbelievable. All the time and cost is placed on you. All other companies I have ever dealt with have just sent out a replacement if a piece has been missing. Obvious they want you not to bother. Cynical exploitative company designed to take advantage of children. Tried to explain to my daughter that we would never have anything to do with this company again. One very upset child who saved up especially to buy this. Thanks MGA Entertaintment you should try taking notice of your own published company values

Water bottle missing

I got an LOL as a gift. I really like it, but it didn’t come with a water bottle. My sister got one also, and she got a water bottle. I wish I got a water bottle. 😞🤞

Terrible brand! They do not support Black Lives Matter.

They stole a look from @studiomucci and didn't compensate or give credit. They are terrible. I would never recommend a company that acts so poorly towards black artists.

it had male genitalia in the “girls” pack! Under the dress!

We bought this for our 4 year old daughter today. And when she opened the pink packaging, there was a pink “dress” on it, and when we took it off to change the clothing we noticed it had male genitalia. This is not appropriate for their age bracket of intended users and parents/guardians should be amply warned. There is a boy series available for parents that may want this, but for those of us that don’t, this was a violation. We returned it, and told our daughter to pick a different toy. We will not be buying anything from lol again.

Never again

My daughter (8) has been wanting an LOL doll so I caved in and she got one for Christmas. She was so excited about it but as we opened it up it was literally a baby dressed in little to no clothes and fish net stocking. It was also called LOL under wraps... i started reading the names of the dolls and they were borderline stripper names. NEVER AGAIN will I buy this and I will make sure to do my research prior to getting something new like this for my daughter. Needless to say it’s now in the garbage and my daughter loves her more age appropriate toys that are not sexualizing children such as shopkins.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS OBSEDD WITH THE LOL DOLLS THE PETS AND THE GLITTER SHE HAS 32 LOL IN TOTAL,,,, THEY COST ME A FORTUNE BUT TO SEE THE SMILE ON HER FACE IT IS WORTH IT,,,, BUT THIS IS THE 2ND TIME NOW SOMETHING HAS BEEN MISSING FROM THE PACKETS.
I BROUGHT THE NEW 15 POUND ONE TODAY AND A GLITTER SHOE WAS MISSING SO I THOUGHT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY WILL SORT THIS.

THE RESPONSE FROM THEM WAS THEY WANTED PRODUCT NUMBER OF DOLL RECEIPT OF PROOF AND PIC OF THE DOLL AND MISSING OBJECTS, AND MY NAME ADDRESS AND AFTER I SENT THEM AL THIS THEY RESPONDED WITH SEND THE DOLL ALL THE PACKAGING RECEIPT BACK TO THEM,,,, DO THEY REALLY THINK ANY 4 YEAR OLD IS GOING TO GIVE THERE DOLL UP I TOLD THEM NO I WILL NOT TAKE MY DAUGHTERS DOLL OFF HER ALL I WANT IS A SHOE A BLOODY SHOE,,,, SO THEY SAID THEY NEED TO SEE THE MANUFACTURING FAULT I TOLD THEM ITS OT A FAULT IT A MISSING ITEM,,,,,,, NO HELP FROM THEM AT ALL AFTER ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE OF US PARENTS

Terrible customer service

These are a neat idea but cross your fingers you don’t end up with a defective doll. Called customer service to let them know the doll had a deformed arm. Said they could only replace the doll if I took permanent marker and scribbled out the dolls face to prove I wouldn’t resell it. Took over 8 weeks for the replacement to come.
